SPESIFICATIONSFollowing are the general specifications of the
building, which may be modified after mutual agreement between the parties. PYGMALION
is bound only by the price and specifications mentioned in each specific
written sales agreement.
GENERAL. The building is found at a distance of 100 meters from the Makedonitissa high school and not far from the Intercollege at No 10 Skoufa street and is situated in one of the best residential areas of Nicosia with a quiet and pleasant environment. The building has to its east side a new two storey luxurious building to its west side a single storey luxurious building to the north a public walkway an to its south an empty building site. FOUNDATIONS.
A reinforced
concrete continuous foundation grid system laid on a 50 cm layer of compacted
granular material.
BUILDING
FRAME. Reinforced
concrete seismic design strict technical supervision documented with photos and
laboratory test results.
WALLS. Clay hollow blocks 300÷200÷100 mm. External double walls 230 mm. with thermal
insulation in the middle. External concrete walls are insulated externally.
Internal walls are 100mm thick and the walls separating each apartment are
double 240 mm thick with appropriate sound insulation in the middle.
SERVICES:
ELECTRICAL. Concealed in all rooms in
accordance with the EAC and CYTA regulations.
PLUMBING. Water supply to each apartment separately.
Distribution to the sanitary fittings with copper pipes insulated for the
hot water supply. First class coloured sanitary fittings.
CENTRAL
HEATING. Complete central heating
installation with common boiler installed on the ground floor.
SOLAR HEATERS. Independent for each
apartment with provision for electric element.
AIR CONDITION. Provision for the
installation of 5 no air condition split units (piping and draining only)
ARIAL. Central Arial system with connection to all rooms
in accordance with the electrical drawing.
DOORS. Beach veneer in general with
white redwood frames with varnish.
WINDOWS
AND BALCONY DOORS. White colour aluminium with double-glazing in general and
provision for fixing shutters externally.
